I wanted to ask you all if any of you follow any sort of specific diet?

I'm really into health and nutrition, and I wanted to ask if any of you have any experience with any sort of diet plan, and if you've found any sort of success with it?

Has anyone ever heard of Chef's Diet? It's this really great diet that makes food fresh and delivers it to your home. I love that it's so convenient and they have really amazing food to suit any diet needs. Like options for high protein, low carb, vegetarian, diabetic, etc.

G'day.

Ethical considerations mean that if I eat it, I gotta shoot it. Or maybe it was the other way round.

I have found if i eat burger and fried chips every day i can pile on the pounds.
Add the occasional fried sausage and wow, what a difference.
