Your on my list MUSTANG..!!
![]() Your welcome Peg it is a nasty virus much like "Antivirus 2010" which is a virus. It locked your husband desktop down for the most part. I had to remove it from the registry first and then slowly clean it off your system. I'm not sure if MALWAREBYTES will run on your husband desktop but it does run from your other desktop use that desktop to run it. Malwarebytes when I updated it found the nasty thing and I removed. I can't stress enough about using malwarebytes. Keep it updated and run that scan 2 to 3 times a week it works you don't want one of these annoying fake programs locking down your equipment again. All they want is your money and they are useless.

Re: Cyber Security
My husband thanks you also. I had put Malwarebytes on my computer the day before his got struck. I also downloaded SuperAnti-Spyware today. Next I am putting HiJack This on mine. I'm not taking any chances.
He has no clue where or what he clicked on to get the virus. |

Malwarebytes, Sypware Doctor, or Stopzilla These are the 3 I recommend my favorite, and the one that is doing the trick for FREE is "Malwarebytes." It stop them in their tracks.
Antivirus I use FREE AVAST OR COMODO also free they have great firewalls: http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/ I don't pay for home security software anymore, to many good ones are free. These nasty program are just sitting waiting for you to hit a link to some sight that pushes them onto your machine. You then get a popup or a screen that you can't get out of no matter what you do then to nightmare begins. Like they say the best offensive is a great defense and so true with these ugly viruses. ![]()
