Doves, lots of doves, finches, grackles (I think) and the neighbor's guinea fowl wander by once in a while. I can hear his peacocks too but I can't see them.

Re: What birds do you get in your garden?

I guess he just likes exotic birds. I live in a rural area and once in a while his guineas will take a trip through the mesquite, laurels, palms, etc. and find a way through or around the fence and come to see what I'm putting out for "my" birds. They can fly too. One morning I saw a couple beneath one of my feeders, inside the fence, when I let my dog out. Porky saw them too and being part fox, part Chow and a very fast dog she tore across the yard but the birds flew over the fence and then stood on the other side, taunting her. They seemed to sense that she couldn't get to them. Porky proceded to try to dig a tunnel under the fence.

oh Zap, it must be heaven to live where you live!

and to have these exotics in your own backyard, poor Porky, we only have cats that taunt dogs here.
