Well, today's the day for the outgoing Presidential Pardons list.
Any bets? 10 Bush pardons to watch for - Josh Gerstein - Politico.com lists the most contentious ten possibles. I don't think it goes as far as I would in its speculation.

I definitely think Ramos and Compean should be freed. This was a grave injustice to them and I think it is shamefull that they were so badly treated.
