The world's been here before, watching as foreign subversion bought violence to bear against an elected democratic government of Iran and toppled it in favour of a client puppet regime operating in the interests of the West. What Iran needs most at this point is to uncover and publish proof that Western governments have attempted the same trick again, working through cowardly agencies protected by diplomatic immunity to bring death and destruction to the streets of Tehran in an attempt to overthrow the popular will of the country. The current violence has all the hallmarks of external destabilization fed by an inexhaustible supply of bribe money.

If it proves to be Western agencies attempting to overthrow the government I'll hold my hands up but its not what I seem to be watching on the news.I think those young people are genuinly pissed off at not getting what they voted for

The last time it happened there the Western subversion didn't need hundreds of thousands of protesters bribed in order to get hundreds of thousands of protesters onto the streets, just their leaders bribing to deploy them. The result was that disgusting criminal Shah chappie lording it over the country for a quarter century of rapine and theft, may he rot.

I read another analysis of the situation earlier. It seems that Ahmadinijahds main source of support is the poor people and rural people from places other than cities. His dissenters are the rich elite and their young from the cities for the most part.

The problem in Iran is the involving of the religiouse system in the politics, well the Islamic system aint like that , in the Islamic system, the religousemen are only like consoltant in the Parlamen, where they discuss how much the suggested laws fits the Islamic laws, and so on, thats all,and they supervise what the PM does and the president too, but that aint applaid neither in Iarn nor Saudi Arabia , anyways whats going there.....??

Isn't religion very powerful in Saudi politics and other mid east countries? I have gotten the impresssion that they are not just consultants.
