Insufficient and innapropriate

I happen to think this sentence is insufficient and inappropriate for what seems to be a serial offender. Not just of rape but of child rape. Just appalling.

The public have to be defended from repeat offenders, primarily by initial appropriate sentencing and not relying on a board making some decision an a couple of years as to whether he should be released

The bleeding hearts will say,
the poor boy, who knows what kind of an up bringing he had, blame his parents. He should be given the chance to reform, he is still so young.

I on the other hand say hang the little fecker.

Repeat offenders, particulary serial rapists and the like should stay in jail. They are a danger to society and they will never be rehabilitated.

The only way I'd agree to a parole hearing is if the trash they release reoffends then the parole board be brought up on charges they aided the crime. How else would it be seen?

Parole in three years?

Who here believes this creep can be rehabilitated?

I'd personally end the kids life if I had no way to imprison it in a way it refrained from contact with other inmates
