That's so FUNNY! Why? Well, yes, after Ed Koch term limits were voted in by the people, including for City Council, borough Presidents, BUT after 2 terms our Mayor managed to get that overturned "Just this once" & the majority of those folks went on, with Bloomberg, to a third & final term.

Money talks. He now plans to spend his time & billions backing anti-gun candidates & issues.
