So when Prez Clinton did his cigar bit in the Oval Office, with a woman who wasn't his wife, instead of thinking he disgraced the nation, people said what he did was his own business. Yet a president's wife wears a modest pair of shorts to the Arizona desert in the middle of August and people have issue with that.
