Fitness DVDs
Does anyone here use fitness DVDs to keep them trim ?
If so which ones ? I have a couple of Pilates DVDs that I rarely use nowadays but I have recently bought Colleen Nolans Disco workout....I'm still at the 'Warm up' stage but it's not bad. It's quite difficult to find something suitable for an 'over 60' ...... |

Re: Fitness DVDs
I'm 55, I started using them when I was 50. First the yoga one, than tai chi, than different aerobic ones. It's nice to use them when you can't go out to the gym or somewhere.
I got some TKD kicking ones, oh, I can be sneaky once in awhile and throw one into a sparring match....just once, then I get the eye from the master like don't try that again! ![]() |

Re: Fitness DVDs
10 Minute Trainer and Turbo Jam are my favorites right now.
(Im hardcore) ![]() I liked Pilates for Dummies. I gave me a base to continue doing the excercises on my own. You can find some really good videos on youtube.

(Im hardcore though) ![]() I liked Pilates for Dummies. It gave me a base to continue doing the excercises I preferred on my own. I also love my stability ball. The variety of excercises are endless. You can use a fitness ball in place of any equipment because you use your own body weight. You can find some really good videos on youtube. Like this one:YouTube - Ten Minute Workout with Fitness Ball
