GYM - bracknell

Hi im from bracknell and have just joined a gym.

I LOVE IT!!

I'm doing a class called body balance tonight..anybody else go to the gym?

Well, I guess Jimbo won't be meeting you there as he's been laid up in bed with back spasms. Haven't seen him around lately.

sounds like he needs a session of Pilates!

I try to go to the gym twice a week but once usually is all I can manage. I have a treadmill at home too. I like to run, don't do the classes but just the machines

I joined a gym in November 2007 when I had one at the workplace and even though I'm not working there anymore I still go to a gym.

I am going through a phase now where I am getting bored of self-training but still go to group classes, I like Body Building in particular.

During 2008 I lost about 15kg in weight.
