We had someone here before that used to post about vitamin d, I think. Search the archives or maybe spot will remember.
I seem to remember something about sunlight or something like that being good for you..

 Edit: The more I'm reading this, the more I see how prevalent it is, especially among darker-skinned people. So please allow to jump up on my soapbox and encourage anyone who's been feeling out of sorts to get tested. |

Two years ago the Canadian Cancer Society started recommending that everyone take vitamin D to prevent cancer. You can see the information at vitamind3world.com
