Got a bit of a niggly back,, but not to bad,, but working longer hours for 2 weeks.

It went yesterday whilst cleaning bathroom, then i sneezed and agravated it more

oh gosh hun.....sneezing is the worst for backs!

I`m using a heating pad and it really helps, have you tried one....

Sorry I was busy doing something lol....erm well I aint going out there with me bucket for ye....anyway its in here catching the water coming in.....good for the plants

Yep we had lots of rain a little while ago,,
I have tried the heated pads ,, but they two hot, i cant stick with them for long,, so in use a hot water bottle now and then.
