I went and got my eyes tested today. They said I need glasses, cos my eyes are REALLY bad. When I asked her why they would suddenly get bad she said 'cos you are getting old'

BLOODY CHEEK

I guess its my hearing next, then the bits that dropped will start to fall off!!

What you could try is one of those temporary mindswaps that are getting popular at parties these days - there are even mindswap clubs springing up I think. Next time you're over in England we could switch bodies for a few days and you could see what it's like wandering around in mine instead of yours. It's great for playing tricks on your chums when they don't recognize you.

Nar... can that thought. Turn back time to 29 and stay put - I recommend this age as a good one... And if ya gotta eventually grow old, do it disgracefully.... like when yer ninty five ski the blackest black slopes with a martini in one hand, the ski instructor toy boy in the other, yodelling.

When I hit 40, I felt better than I did at 20. 3 years later, I fell apart. It's been downhill ever since. Falling apart beats the alternative though.
