On a stage with upbeat music, back-up dancers, colorful lighting, he was the star. He was the master of the performance. Off-stage, well.....................To me, it's so sad that his off-stage life was not..........different than it was.

As many of you know I suffer with serious joint problems and take quite strong medication to get me through the day. Two weeks ago I went to the races, let me tell you all day drinking and my medication left me feeling invincible.

Apparently I was the life and soul of my local that night, I was doing the splits and dancing as though I was a member of a bloody dance troupe, I felt not one bit of pain until laying in bed and the drink starting wearing off

The next morning I couldn't work out why I felt so bad, luckily for me I have some 'lovely' friends that took pics of me doing all the above, then all the memories came flooding back

A mix of drink and meds makes you feel great at the time but when it starts wearing off ..........
