Unfortunately, a lot of spammers join FG and post an intro, and the little tykes have an advert in their signature! Some just add a post on an existing thread. It is a bit of a give-away when they sign in with an odd nickname like pur67kxp, or Brmlx888 instead of JackieChan or BillyKidd etc, then the mods take a closer look and check things out. Others unashamedly put a link to a company website. FG wouldn't mind if these people paid the going rate for advertising, but the buggers try for a freebie. Just not on ! Other people try to return to FG having been banned for life some time before. They try to have a different nickname to disguise who they were in the past, but somebody will recognise who they really are, then it's goodbye once again.

Some do manage to sneak in undetected, but they do get discovered after a while.
