It means I Love You in ASL, but all of these pics have the people with the thumb down (which is what some say in the Satanic version -- thumb under the fingers: it's a curse, thumb over the fingers: it signals unity)

This hook em horns sign seems to be all around us these days -- perhaps people think it's similar to the peace sign.

So basically it is a whole new language, but not taught at the local school. Teachers and cops probably know, but what about the rest of us? Is it a 'gang thing'?
