If you haven't had any sleep for a while, it's *lovely* when it does come!

I don't have any problem getting to sleep-it seems to be if one of the kids wakes me up or if I get disturbed..thats it then ... I am awake for a few hours.

I think it will all pass hopefully when the situation with my friend is over...

Those of us who are older....are you noticing you are having more difficulty sleeping now than when you were younger? I do. All the aches and pains are far more prevalent.

That's why I bought that Sleep Comfort bed...ahhhhhhh!

Yes, once you wake up in the middle of the night, it is difficult to go back to sleep.
