Re: Do you ever get stiff in bed?

The title sure is an eye catcher!!

Honestly, I understand completely, I almost started a thread a while back. I've been waking up in pain for the last year. And I KNOW it was my bed, well I'm sure the stress I deal with on a daily basis doesn't help.

But a good nights rest is SO important. I just bought a new bed, and OH it makes the world of difference!! I still am sore, think it will take time...but I feel alot better than before. (I just got it this past Sunday)

Re: Do you ever get stiff in bed?

Same thing happens to me..I usually wake up feeling worse than before I went to bed. I am trying to convince Rick to get a new mattress. Right now, all that helps me is to take Advil before going to bed.

Re: Do you ever get stiff in bed?

I am laughing, laughing, laughing. Thank You. Yes..... stiff in bed. How does that happen? Yesterday morning, I was in so much pain... I thought I was dying. Neck, shoulders, back, legs. I immediately swallow 2 advils. This morning... I am fine. I personally think it is tension. You take it to bed with you and it does a number on you during the night.

Re: Do you ever get stiff in bed?

I can't take any pain relief at the moment, putting a pillow between your knees, that seems to help. Sitting at the PC for hours at a time certainly doesn't. I should take my own advice and switch off.

Thanks, I looked them up today actually in eBay, can't afford them with spending everything on the baby but my midwife is referring me to a Physio, hopefully I won't have to wait too long. She said to wait a week then call every day until their so sick of me calling their sort me out.

I'll take it you'll be wired up to one straight away then

Ask them for an e-mail address too, they'll be begging you to come collect it
