Well you said not an option but I bet sitting at the laptop is what's doing it. My back is a lot worse when I spend a lot of time at the PC.

ooops . I reckon that was a bit of a mix up. I cant keep the preggo's from the non preggos lately it seems. For some reason I got the nipple thread and this one mixed or something. AA RRGGGHH

I put it on my back one night as I was in bed, Jim came to bed and you can guess what happened, he jumped out of bed and spent half hour submerged in cold water, with me laughing like a maniac in the bedroom

I find that it doesn't really help my back though

well i have to admit i have been on a lot last few days but i always do this, then i go awol for days sometimes weeks(bet you all cant WAIT for that time eh) but never had such pain before
