In all honest H...what helps me the most is this.....

* Take a long walk along the beach or boardwalk...or anywhere that you like.

** say feck it to any problems....I actually write down what I'm worried about....string along a load of curse words that help me not to worry about it....and then burn it

*** Do meditation. You can buy a book on relaxation techniques...it works I took a night course on how to meditate and it's lovely to feel relaxed.

**** I used to have a heavy duty massage once a month and need to start that again.

Best of luck H.... Yoga is also good

YouTube - How to meditate

trust me.....reading does help.

Re: I need Sleep

Odie I went out out got home late had 5 hours sleep which is pretty good

When I used to drink I only got 4 hours sleep, while my husband would blissfully sleep the 8/10 hours still does

Thanks Abbey

I was chatting to a friend who would get up at 1am do her housework etc because she had the same problem as me.
She said she now does yoga & sleeps the full 8 hours.
I am thinking I will try that . Sounds great

Re: I need Sleep

Well, I am not sure it will help you or not, but my grandpa goes for an evening walk for around 2 km.
