The next time a Black leftist / White Liberal bangs on about whites are all inherently racist, that blacks are victims of white racism and that whites should pay reparations for slavery - then just remind them of this one little fact ;

Over 360,000 white people died in the American Civil War on the Union side in order for blacks to be freed from slavery.

Therefore Whites paid their dues for slavery with the blood just under half a million white men and women who died to free black slaves.

In fact Blacks in America should get down on their knees every day and give thanks for the hundreds of thousands of whites who died so they could be free.

Instead we have professional spongers and race relations extortionists demanding reparations - when the reality is that whites paid the historic bill for black slavery with their own blood.

The next time some liberal idiot calls America a 'racist nation' remind them of two facts ;

1) That in todays America it is blacks who are the majority of criminals and whites who are the predominant victims of black criminality along with their fellow blacks

and

2) That todays Blacks owe Whites a debt that they can never repay - the debt of 360,000 whites dying so they can be free


The tragedy is that the reward for those hundreds of thousands of white deaths is that many ignorant Blacks in America now have a massive chip on their shoulder about 'racism' such as when a white woman is afraid when a gang of blacks appears when they walk the street at night.

As the excellent article below reveals - Because blacks in America are the predominant racial group involved in robbery, drug dealing, murder and rape they will face being pulled over in their cars as suspects in such crimes. If blacks did not disproportionately commit such crimes then they would not be the primary suspects in such crimes.

It may be a hassle to have a cop pull you over if you are black - but when you are white and walking in a black area then you face being shot, raped, mugged and killed because of your race.

That is the true racial legacy of slavery - whites died to flee black slaves and then the descendants of those black slaves became racists against whites and inflicted a crime wave of vast proportions against whites, using the rhetoric of slavery to excuse and minimise their own racist crimes against whites.

how often do we hear some apologist for black criminality say 'the legacy of slavery caused the dysfunctionalism we see in the black community today and therefore the legacy of slavery is modern black criminality, poverty and social problems'.

BULLSHIT !

Each one of those 640,000 white men and women who died in the Civil War were mothers, fathers, brothers, daughters and sons - they left behind one parent families, white families in poverty, the destroyed entire white families and destroyed generations of white families and white communities and left generation after generation in poverty.

The white community of America was devastated first by the war of independence and then the Civil War. The South was ruined and impoverished - yet by the sweat of their own brow and by the strength of their own labour the South rose again.

Yet we do not see the same level of dysfunctionalism in the present white community even though the white community suffered far more long term social and generational trauma and damage than the black community ever did under slavery - the slaves simply stopped picking cotton, fathers simply picked up their kids and wives, moved elsewhere and carried on living. The slaves kept their families together as they did not die in the war, unlike the white families who were devastated.

It is the white community who were the primary victims of slavery - not the black community.

The white community was totally devastated by the deaths of the 690,000 men and women of both sides who died during the war - but the whites did not end up like the black community today.

Its just a pity most white liberals dont have to live in black areas or have to exist in the racialised US prison system where black gangs target lone whites for rape and violence simply because they are white - then they would know what real racism is.

No they didn't. They died because the Northern states were more industrialised and the Southern economy, althoug agrarian was, at the time, stronger.

Can't you at least be consistent? Thos is the third time you've quoted a number - it's also the third number. You began by quoting the figure of 360,000, then it became 640,000. Which is it?

It has never been denied that some blacks were slave-owners, yet what you do not admit is that some of those slave-owners were slaves themselves.

I don't really remember the Civil war being soley about slavery... in fact i think it was the Union who was cutting off the economic growth in the South that really caused the drama.... I could be wrong... or not

Not true---------there was conscription and not all were there by choice. There were many, many racists in the North and freeing the slaves was not a priority for many.

There's a world of difference between slavery and racism. What's slavery if it's not the refusal of civil rights to a group of people for some reason or other? Imprisonment is, to all intents and purposes, slavery by another name. Slavery wasn't a colour issue in the US, it was an economic choice. There were plenty enough white slaves over there to show that. Hundreds were transported into New World fixed-term slavery by Judge Jeffries from round Bristol and they were just West Country dissenters.

What came after the abolition of slavery, that was racism. The Jim Crow laws, the violent suppression of rights to vote, the hundred years of post-civil-war segregation. And when did you ever hear a Black leftist / White Liberal bang on about whites are all inherently racist? I've never heard one. Racism's a choice. Some people think it's amusing to wear the mask, regardless of good taste.
