Our Christmas Dinner

Well, I have just popped two lobster tails into the boiling water, and Rick has prepared two pieces of London Broil for the broiler. A bit of surf & turf for dinner.

Anyone want to join us?

That sounds wonderful Marie, but I think I might die if I look at any more food!

Re: Our Christmas Dinner

It was quite good. Of course, now we are burining candles and incense to get rid of the fishy smell in the house due to two days of eating fish. We had swordfish steaks last night.
It is a Polish tradition to have fish on Christmas eve. It is supposed to be 7 different kinds of fish....but we did two..we had the swordfish and some shrimp cocktail. Hey..we managed three kids of fish over the course of the two days..that has to score a few points with my Polish ancestors.
