my mum still uses the fairy I made in nursery school at the age of 5...I have a fibre optic tree which has an icicle that changes colour.

I've always had the big bows on top of my tree, with the long ribbons coming down.

When I was younger we had a star a lot like the one Red described.. i thought it was so pretty. Now we have 2 trees and 1 has this old victorian angel on top & the bigger tree has a star.
