It is, we have the largest ski resort in Ontario 10 minutes down the road from me, and tons of ice fishing, snowmobiling, you name it.
Where i live is known to be a HUGE tourist destination....OHHHHH and we hold the annual Elvis Festival every year here too

.....if you can imagine close to 100 thousand Elvis fans coming to a town of 17thousand

......big party!!!
