That is a beauty. I'd post a picture of mine, but it seems I can't do that until I've reached a certain number of posts. Mine is burgundy. I call it burgundy. Husband says it is Black Cherry. Whatever.

My first car was a '68 Camaro RS/SS 396 that I custom rebuilt myself. It was red originally, but I painted it about the same colour as your GTO.

When I met my husband he was driving a 66 Impala convertible with a 396. Talk about BAD. That car was phenomenal. Only time I ever saw it beat was by a Hemi. The 396 was my favorite engine. We did have an Olds 442 give us a major run one night. I don't know what that guy had done to that engine, but it took everything the 396 had to beat him. The Hemi dusted our drawers, but we knew it would.

My car was pretty damn fast... 375 hp and lightweight. Those hemis are badass... I had a buddy that had a '67 Barracuda.
