Sad really. Because FB is such a great way of keeping in touch with your kids, as well as with your own friends. I suspect parents who stalk their kids here would similarly cross the limits acceptable for parental interference outside cyberspace. Breach of trust can go either way in adulthood. One of my kid's friends once posted a comment I didn't like on my page. I deleted the comment and blocked her. You don't have to put up with your friend's friends, unless you want to. Similarly, kids can unfriend parents and delete their comments (and photograph albums can be customised to be viewed only by a select few). In other words, anyone who takes the time to understand how FB actually works can operate it in a way that makes stalking impossible.
