i like to eat pate on ryvita,,, i bet they are nice with pate or a bit cream cheese

I drank my lunch today... that's how it's going to be for me for the rest of the week until surgeons poke, prod and cut me and then I'll likely have my food injected for a week or so, if necessary.

mmm... have you tried john west salmon pate,,, it looks like a really small tin but its amazing how much you get out of it,,, but its gorgeous especially on Ryvita,,, its not as dense or smooth as normal pate ,, still a bit flaky like fish but somehow spreadable ,, and yummy
