Doughnuts. Eurgh.

These ones don't appear to be proper doughnuts, which are nice if made properly; they've got inside, instead of nice red jam, a repulsive yellow substance, looking like congealed pus. Quite a shock. Eurgh.

i was with my youngest daughter,and we went to greggs the bakers

they had 3 caramel do-nuts for £1.20

I bought some custard donuts from morrisons by mistake and binned them.
I've never seen marmalade ones, maybe you could buy plain rings and have a bash.

I was thinking of making some. It might be better to actually mix marmalade in with the dough, replacing the sugar... some experimentation needed. If it's to be squirted in, something sweet and sticky and not very marmalade-like such as "Golden Shred", perhaps.
