![]() But, seriously,....to answer your question..........try this ![]() Recipe: Roast Duck Sandwich With Cranberry Chutney and Gruyère Cheese Chef Jody Adams Restaurant/Operation Noir at The Charles Hotel, Boston Menupart Poultry Daypart Lunch,Dinner Region American Source R&I Yield: 1 serving Pain de mie bread, ¾-in. slice 2 Extra-virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp. Roast duck, sliced 2 oz. Salt and pepper to taste Arugula ¼ oz. Cranberry chutney ½ oz. Gruyère cheese, thinly sliced 1 oz. 1. Drizzle 1 side of each slice of bread with oil and vinegar. 2. Place duck atop 1 slice of bread; season with salt and pepper. 3. Top with arugula; spread with chutney. Top with Gruyère; cover with second slice of bread. 4. Cook in panini press until golden and cheese is melted, about 7 minutes. Cut into quarters; serve.

Put thinly sliced roast duck pieces on toasted bread. Add crispy lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato slices and put another slice of toasted bread on top. Cut it in half, and you've got two pieces of roast duck sandwich.
