A Fun New Feature! Create Your Own Smilies!

This new feature allows you to create personalized smilies by choosing eyes, mouth and face.

It's possible to create up to 18,000 different smilies!

This is a brilliant idea and I'm very excited about it, but I'll be the first to admit I'm too stupid to figure out how this works. When I save it to hard drive and then post it, it comes out as an attachment, not an emoticon at the end of a sentence. So what am I doing wrong?
