X Factor

Is anyone watching it? I have been and there looks like some good competition there mainly men at the moment ,, although there is some pretty good girls ,, so far i think the men are showing better im not sure i like the new format for the early auditions ,,, i think i liked it better the way it was ,, just the judges in a room.. heres somef links ,, with more to come....

This is the first year I haven't really watched it, I don't like the new set up. My kids are losing interest as well.

Yea i dont like the new set up for the first auditions,, i liked it better the way they had it before,, wonder if theres any more chnages in store

I never watch the X factor. I think it is a wonderful opportunity for those gifted but what puts me off is the rancid put downs of young people. Some of these kids truelly believe they are the next Britney etc and their families make it worse by not being honest with them. They go on X factor and meet the reality that they haven't a hope in hell. Some of these kids reactions at this have upset me in the past where they have been almost ridiculed.

ye at some they do abbeybut its not as bad as Britains got talent ,, as in shouting off off etc.

yea i am always saying fgs whats up with their parents letting them do that! i think everyone has to learn a lesson and be told stuff thats gonna maybe hurt sometimes,,, but i should be dont in a gentler way

It is awful and even more embarressing when the parent still will not face the fact that the judges know best. I feel so much for those kids. Many parents push like that to live through their kids fame.

too true! i know a bit about that having been involved in running youth football club
