What's up with YOU?:)
The poolhall's a great equalizer. In the poolhall, nobody cares how old you are, how young you are, what color your skin is or how much money you've got in your pocket... It's about how you move. I remember this kid once who could move around a pool table like nobody had ever seen. Hour after hour, rack after rack, his shots just went in. The cue was part of his arm and the balls had eyes. And the thing that made him so good was... He thought he could never miss. I know, 'cause that kid was me.

Mine involves a degree of beast-quelling, I think. I didn't create it myself but it fits on occasion. It's been used by others on here since I was given it, I expect that'll happen again - I quite like the idea of swapping avatars with people, now and then. That's not exactly explaining myself, I'll admit, but it's avatar-related. I tend to explain more in words than pictures though, it's the way my head works.

Hmmm when i joined the choice of avatars was mostly from lord of the rings, galadriel was the only one not in use at the time, after using the avatar for 18 months or so it was discovered that the use of it infringed on copyright so it was taken away from the choices here, present one was the first one on the list of google images of galadriel.

Mine represents the intangible nuance evoked recklessly by ice cream when you ride a bicycle backwards towards sheep in the ocean of one's wildest dreams.

Red - it wasn't 57 !!! Certainly not more than 20. Probably less.

This intangible nuance is going in search of the ice cream of a misspent childhood which will be consumed while writhing in exquisite passionate contemplation not of sheep but of wildest dreams concerning the sexy new James Bond pant pant pant.. hey I typo'd James Bong.. never mind.. in Casino Royale.

Who's got the chianti bottle??
