Oh IP how sad for him at such an early age :(

You know many people have told me and my daughter to try yoga... and I have to laugh because I truly do not understand how anyone with ADD or ADHD can possibly succeed at creating peace in an ADD/ADHD mind :(

However something that is interesting.... my daughter has had good calming affects from caffinated drinks. Yes oddly it has been perscribed by the specialists for her. One coke at lunch gets her through the day, hehehe one coke after school puts her to sleep.

ADHD people suffer the opposite affects from caffine.

IP another thing to watch out for, any kind of cold and flu meds that say "nite time" these often will fire up a person as opposed to make them drowzie.

Just things from my experience of raising an ADHD child.
