Changing the seat on your motorcycle can have a dramatic effect on the look of the ride.

Looks are an important aspect to consider but comfort is of course critical.

Some seats are implanted with gel that distributes weight evenly, others are filled with high density foam that conform to the shape of your buttocks.

Ive included 5 possibilities for you to consider.

Please choose the one that makes you shudder with excitement.

Your.

Okay, now that I have that out of my system, I think #2 looks way cool, but I voted for #3 for what looks like comfort.

If a passenger flies off the seat, well.....it happens.

Did I mention I prefer riding solo ?

No pressure to entertain that way.

# 2 is hot and very cool looking. #3 would be the most comfortable ride as road butt is no laughing matter. :wah:

This is what Im really going for Minksy.

Its a Danny Gray seat but he only makes Harley seats.

I e mailed him asking if he could fabricate a seat for my bike.

We have a problem.

I bought the seat on the left. I like it, it looks good, its comfortable, but then I saw the one on the right.

Notice how it tapers down to a point on the rear fender, I like that more.

Also it rides up tank to a point whereas mine kind of wraps around it.

Mine has a thin gel insert for comfort.

The other co. says gel is no good.

New poll.

Should I ?

I say ya' gotta' get the seat on the right. It's more aerodynamic, has smoother lines and is cooler... the cool factor is what's most important here. :D

Keep the one you bought...if you decide to not ride solo, the other one would be about impossible to put someone else on it.
