I'm afraid I'd tend to think the same way as Ilya. When money and animals meet up, animals almost always lose.
Well, this story was really interesting. I wasn't aware of Moscow's dog force. So I'm thinking it's the same as with the cats of Venice?
Why are there so many strays? How did this happen? Do you think it'll continue the way it is? It broke my heart to read of a stray being stabbed. :-1
I don't know, I think I'd like to see a population control program (and I don't mean killing, I mean birth control pellets or some such) put in place rather than a shelter which I am guessing will be a kill facility?
