2008 Tax Refund Thread - Page 2

I think this is the last year of a good tax refund, since my daughter graduated. My taxes are complicated, I go to a preparer, because of medical expenses. I usually pay something to the state-$2-500, then get a thousand from the feds. I think I will change my withholding when it is figured out this year, if I pay too much.

I pay through the nose every quarter...

But Ive impoprved my strategies for keeping more of what I earn so this year Ive been more satisfied.

we usually get about 2,000.00 to 3,000.00 back.

My IRS tax form is very simple & easy! It says:

How much did you make?

How much do you have left after filing?

Send it to us!!!

(I live in the "tax you to death state"! I hate taxes!)
