I was just making a statement in regards to the mentality of an athlete... I also posted that not realizing that European World Cup qualifying is significantly different than that of any other region...I am assuming that's because there is so many teams in Europe... But in any case I am looking forward to the game... |

TVU is great but occasionally they may not show every game one may hope to see... I would suggest also looking up www.myp2p.eu...It's completely free and very reliable... |

Re: USA vs England (Soccer/Football)
Ok...
My business is on hold until we can get the electric company out to change over the electric from the initial circuit breaker to the new one we've installed... Knowing my luck they will call and say they're on their way 15 minutes before 3pm EST-US time(Kickoff) tomorrow... God, how I don't want that... |

Re: USA vs England (Soccer/Football)
Yep the game is on tonight, should be good. Definately be interesting to see what approach England take in this game.
Out of interest K, do you know where it is being played, what kind of capacity can the stadium hold? |

Re: USA vs England (Soccer/Football)
chuckle. I think you are convincing me to watch a game of football! A very rare occurance!
However, I'm in a good mood with Lewis Hamilton winning the Monaco Grand Prix and Monty Panesar spinning England to victory in the 2nd Test against the Kiwis. Very exciting! We looked dead and buried but Monty took 6 wickets for about 37 runs in a howling gale - a HUGE performance; then Andrew Strauss saw us home with a good century. Great to see him coming back to form. Be afraid, K, be very afraid: The last game of footie I watched was England 5 Germany 1! ![]() |
