I thought summons were served by Marshalls or the Sheriff's department??

It's why the good lord invented semi-automatic shotguns presumably, so the process server can go round in a long black riding coat and look the part.

Nomie, you have to find 6-inch heel knee boots and learn to scowl forbiddingly.
