Privacy Policy

Forumgarden has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering for our company: Forumgarden.

Forumgarden does not sell, rent, or lease email addresses and does not share private information with others.

Forumgarden reserves the right, however, to disclose Customer information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Forumgarden; or (b) protect and defend the rights of Forumgarden; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect a Customer's personal safety and the personal safety of other Forumgarden customers and the public.

Forumgarden takes reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of its Customers' information, account information, and personal communications consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Forumgarden.

Children

All users under the age of 13 must seek permission from their parent or guardian in order to gain membership of the Forumgarden forums. While we welcome participation from members under 13, we require that a parent or guardian fax or mail back a signed permission form before we grant membership.
