  1. Aircraft videos.

A good site full of stuff. Including the Mig- 1.44 on this link. First one I've seen. It is said to be the answer to the F-22 Raptor. Considering they are not really thinking about building them (just experimenting) I doubt they will ever put them into mass production. Kind of a waste of resources....

  4. Reunions

I know we have quite a few vets here, how do you feel about re unions, do you go to them. I will state my position, I don't attend them any more. I used to for about 4 years after I got out. Like most ex service I do have a few demons and I found meeting up started to make them more difficult to...

  5. Hartford Van Dyke - The Truth About Pearl Harbor

"We knew well in advance that the Japanese were going to attack. It was a lie that we didn't have direct radio communication with Washington DC." --Lt. Col. Clifford M. 7. Disaster in Iraq.

Why? A year ago all of the dumbassed generals were saying the insurgents were on the ropes, it was almost over. Yeah right. I thought these fools were supposed to be educated. The carnage was believed to have produced the second-worst one-day death toll since the U.S.-led invasion in March...

  8. Ted Koppel on Iraq

I watched Meet the Press today. Ted Koppel, now retired newsman, is finally allowed to say what he believes. It makes sense, even if you completely disregard the War on Terror like he did. MR. RUSSERT: What do you see? MR. KOPPEL: What's intriguing to me, Tim, is we're still talking about...

It's considered a classic and remarkable battle in which tactics and brilliant leadership were able to stop...

Why don't we hear about it anymore except for the body burnings. What if your kid were stationed there and it was treated as nothing unless the Americans screw up. Have we all forgotten why we are over there???
