I suffer from panic attacks.

Mine are mainly brought on when i feel stressed or upset.

It is a very scary thing to deal with as at the time...it feels like something is seriously wrong and you panic more.

I have learned that not everyone is who they say they are...and words can hurt more than i realised.

Im going to be cooking some chicken fajitas ...or quorn fajitas for my daughter lol x
