Vitamins
I prefer to take vitamins from my diet & fruits, salad & dont prefer to take extra supplements. I suggest to take balanced diet & follow proper lifestyle with nutritious diet & exercise.

Great views. It is must to take vitamin D for strong bones but it is not necessary to go out without wearing anything. Go in full wearing & also cover your face to avoid tanning. Thanks for this post.

General question regarding diet plan?
Eat light food without oil, ghee or butter. Dont limit all of the sudden. Start slowly & take salad of green vegetables & take fruits. Take warm water with lemon juice in it of small medium sized in early morning empty stomach without sugar. Do regular exercise, go for walk.

Eating properly is must. Follow proper diet chart in which there is fat free food with calcium, vitamins, minerals. Also, eat more salad & fibrous fruits. Exercise is must for fit body, brisk walk, cycling, swimming are very good exercises.
