Just got back from seeing it. The kids thought it was awesome. Spidey 2 might have been a bit more suspenseful and driven, but Spidey 3 was action-packed with well-placed humor. It was well worth the ticket price.

Look at the policy for retracting bids on ebay. Depending on the circumstances, it can be done. As you said, just explain the situation to the seller. The worst that can happen is negative feedback and you can always leave a response explaining the situation on your feedback.
