Low Fat/Low Sodium Fast Food Lunch

What is your favorite low fat and/or low sodium fast food lunch? I know that these days most fast food places offer more variety in healthy eating than they used to ... I personally like Subway's veggie wrap. What's your favorite?

Hello from Virginia!

Wow, many thanks for the warm welcome! It's not quite so warm in my part of Virginia this week ... damp, windy and about 45 degrees.

It looks like Virginia is well represented on the site! I'm fairly beaming with pride!

Needlepoint as a Distraction

<t>My father passed away suddenly in mid December from a massive heart attack. It was an unexpected blow and my 76 year old mother is trying her best to cope but I know she is in pain. On the days when she can't fix her mind on anything, I was thinking maybe needlepoint might be a good way to help ...

What movies have you seen lately?

<t>I usually watch DVDs so I'm always behind on current movies! This past weekend, I watched "Rumor Has It" starring Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Costner. It was amusing and watchable which is really all I ask of the romantic comedy genre. <br/>
<br/>
I have "Happy Gilmore" to watch next weekend. I ...

What's is your favorite type of music?

I'm all over the place music-wise!! There's not much music that I don't like. I generally like a fast beat and upbeat lyrics but I can be swayed depending on the song. Today I listened to 2 CDs .. Def Leppard and Patsy Cline. I swing from genre to gentre.

St. Bernard/Lab Mix

<t>In mid November, I lost my beloved 15 year old Otterhound mix to "old age". I still miss him terribly but we did get 2 puppies in early December that are so wonderful! They are two sisters and their father is a St. Bernard and the mother is a lab. They are now 13 weeks old. We are tickled pink ...
