I love going to the gym... I've got into a really good set routine of going straight to the gym after work. I have been doing a lot of running on the treadmil and am up to a comfortable distance of 5 miles!! I would like to start running outside more often though...

That sounds like an interesting combo of flavors! I usually substitute the ketchup with bbq sauce ...

That's a beautiful backyard... I have always wanted to have a fish pond!... someday.
