I think it would be great to have a mental health forum,I have a personality disorder and i have just searched to see if there is anything like this here,maybe i am missing it?

I keep recieving emails everytime i get a reply to my post,how do i stop that from happening?also i was trying to do my own avatar but there is no option only the forums avatar's are showing.Maybe i am being thick :wah:

I am Borderline.I just look at it as being a label really...I am in therapy at the moment and it is helping me alot.
