Re: The Presidential Election of 2020

The last so-called debate showed me Elizabeth Warren commands a high degree of understanding of many of our domestic issues. It appears that it would be difficult for her administration heads to fool...

    Trump Pulling Back In Syria

Is Trump doing this for Turkey under the guise of reducing US involvement in "forever wars"? Turkey has spent serious money with us lately. Is this part two of a "beautiful deal"?

    Your thoughts?

Re: The scandalous assassination of Joshua Brown

No, you might be right. Had the genders and race been reversed, he probably would have been shot the moment he was spotted.

I forgot to mention that both sites I linked to are very progressive.

Re: Will President Trump run for a second term?

I agree! So much of the attitude toward the economy is purely emotional. The policies themselves don't really have much in a substantial way, only that it's a new policy that excites the peasants....

Re: Will President Trump run for a second term?

I don't know if anything like that exists in the US, but that's nuts.

Agreed. I'm thinking being a cop didn't hurt either.

Re: Will President Trump run for a second term?

No doubt about it. The democrats appear very lame, but I think there's more to it than just ineptitude on the part of the DNC as well as other democratic players. There are two pieces I've recently...

Re: The scandalous assassination of Joshua Brown

This case sounds like jealousy to me, it always did. She was found guilty and is now in prison. I didn't realize someone else was killed though.

    Re: Shooting Gallery

I've been impressed so far with everyone I've interacted with. In fact, I've been surprised by that. No MAGA hat-wearing people. Staff at the gallery have been friendly and professional.

Re: The Presidential Election of 2020

Well, Gabbard made the cut. She appears so far to be the best debater of the bunch. I wonder who she'll chew up and spit out this time. I'm sure the corporate candidates will be armed with the false...

    Re: Shooting Gallery

I went back today to see if I would enjoy the experience more. I did, though not all that much more. I haven't experienced any sense of power as Saint described. I tried a different model. I shot a...

Re: The Presidential Election of 2020

The problem is that anyone else even close to Sanders is completely vilified in the media and by both parties. A Sanders nomination or presidency would open the doors a bit more to actual progressive...

    Shooting Gallery

I went to a shooting gallery last week. It's my first time shooting a gun since my time in the Navy back in 1974.

It was an interesting experience. What I realized after the first shot was that...

    Re: Impeach Away

I think Obama was headed in the same direction. It appears that presidents have little say in these matters, they've given their authority away long ago. That doesn't mean this is not reversible, but...
