    I'm sure China is not alone in this, although the results might have more dire consequences. In fact, I'd be willing to guess these rating systems are prevalent, though quieter. Don't trust 'the Man.' ;-)

    France announced this morning it is increasing surveillance upon the people. Now everyone has their own 'Patriot Act.'
