Does it really make you say or do things you wouldn't say or do sober?

I think that alcohol is one of the best liberators of the mind, in the sense that it makes you speak your mind, mostly in a negative way.
Behaviour breeds behaviour - treat people how you would like to be treated yourself

    Oh yes!!!

Can't drink to excess any more 'cos it really makes me ill. But when I was younger I loved a good session, the problem was that I would do and say all the really daft things that most drunks do but I used to remember it all!! Not for me the comfort of alcohol induced amnesia oh no.......I had to relive it all in glorious technicolour the next day!!

And believe me there was quite a lot to be ashamed of!!!

Deciding that it would be a good idea to flash my stocking tops at a bloke with a camera! (yes they did get put on display...in a Police Station of all places, God the ribbing I got over that!)

Going to a very posh wedding (our landlord's son who owns a castle - only 'cos all the tenants went) where the champagne and wine flowed like water and the food was very tiny portions (didn't soak it up). Falling asleep in my chair with head back and mouth open, then deciding to walk home 'right now, no I won't wait for hubby I'm leaving'. Going down the country lane and taking my shoes off 'cos they hurt, sitting down in the hedge to take off tights 'cos they were not cheap and didn't want to ladder them, then (this is the best bit) deciding that it was so dark that I couldn't see where I was going anyway so I might as well close my eyes as I walked along....tripped over a drain and landed on my face!! (ouch!)

Not to mention the inappropiate snogging of me I didn't know or fancy on many occasions.

    I think that that's enough humiliation for one person....some else's turn....please!!
