Hey, Shweet! Seeing as how you are a workout fan, I was wondering if I might pick your brain. I'm still trying to regain some of the weight I lost from the wreck, and I can't work out heavily yet. I do a lot of stair climbing, and I have free weights that I LOVE, and the hubby has a whey protein shake mix that I like, but don't use a lot of because I don't work out like I was able to before. Any suggestions? Tips? Ideas?
